## Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is **ZC Tech Partners, S.L.** (tax ID B21778451), Calle Sanguiño 4, 28044 Madrid, Spain, the company that builds and operates GENIA. For anything related to your personal data, write to [accounts@geniaops.com](mailto:accounts@geniaops.com).

## What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this website:

-   **Contact and demo requests:** name, work email, company, role, topic and your message.
-   **GENIA for Startups applications:** name, email, startup, website, stage, team size and what you are building.
-   **GENIA Enterprise inquiries:** name, work email, company, job title, company size, country, preferred deployment, areas of interest and your message.
-   **Newsletter:** your email address.

With each submission we also record the page it was sent from, the campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm\_\*), your IP address and your browser’s user agent, to prevent abuse and to know which channels work.

## Why we use it and on what legal basis

-   **To answer your request** and, if you ask for it, to prepare a demo, a proposal or a contract: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
-   **To send you the newsletter**: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every email lets you unsubscribe.
-   **To protect the website against spam and abuse**: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

## Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is stored and processed by the providers that run this website on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (hosting and storage) and, when notifications are enabled, the email or messaging service that alerts our team of a new request. Some of these providers are in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

## How long we keep it

Requests are kept for as long as we need them to answer and follow up, and for no more than 24 months after our last exchange unless we start working together, in which case the contract terms apply. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

## Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for a portable copy and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [accounts@geniaops.com](mailto:accounts@geniaops.com). If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency ([www.aepd.es](https://www.aepd.es)).

## Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. It only uses what is strictly necessary to work.

## The GENIA product

This policy covers the geniaops.com website. Data that organizations process inside the GENIA platform is governed by the agreement each customer signs with us.
