General

## Data, models and teams. 

What does becoming AI-native actually mean?

That work is designed for agents and people together: agents execute, people decide, and every project leaves reusable knowledge and assets behind. GENIA gets you there in stages, from bringing scattered AI under control to orchestrating whole processes, starting with one process on your own data.

Does my data leave my control?

No. Each project runs in its own isolated environment, each objective only sees the data you assign to it, and credentials live in an encrypted vault, never in the chat.

Which AI models does it use?

The ones you choose, from several providers, through a single gateway. You can set the model for each objective and the budget for each project.

Will it replace my team?

No. Decisions stay with people. GENIA prepares, executes and leaves a trail; when a decision isn’t its to make, it asks and waits.

How soon will we see value?

The first project runs on a real process with your data, so deliverables arrive in weeks, not quarters.

Do I need a technical team?

Not to get started. Work is defined in plain language and simple mode hides the technical detail. Your technical team steps in when you want to connect more systems, build your own assets or work on your code.

What happens to knowledge when someone leaves?

It stays. Conversations, deliverables and connected knowledge belong to the organization, not to the person or the model. Newcomers look it up with its source.

Can it work on our code?

Yes. Connect your repositories and each issue becomes an objective with its own branch. GENIA delivers reviewable commits and a report; merging is your team’s call.

Can I use my own models?

Yes. You can work with several commercial providers and with OpenAI-compatible models you host yourself. Switching models doesn’t erase what was learned.

You move to Enterprise on the same platform: your projects, knowledge and assets come with you.

Where does GENIA run?

On a dedicated instance for your organization, with its own storage and keys. We agree the cloud and region with you.

Can we use the models we already pay for?

Yes. GENIA works with several commercial providers, with the models available in your cloud account and with OpenAI-compatible models you host.

Does GENIA make us compliant?

No tool does. GENIA prepares the evidence: process maps, controls, approvals and an audit trail. The people responsible review and sign.

How long until we see something real?

The assessment runs on a real process with your data, so the first deliverables arrive in weeks, not quarters.
